How do I start a specific request?
Check in the Occupancy Calendar whether your desired date for the holiday home and / or rather the spa area is still available.
Next you send us via above mentioned contact channels a request. With pleasure we will create a quotation.
Please notice that you can rent the holiday home as well as the spa area each separately or both together in a package.
The holiday house can be booked on a daily basis (minimum booking period is 1 day), the spa area can be booked at hourly
intervals (minimum booking interval is 3 hours).
Arrival on the arrival day is usally possible up from 4.00 pm (1. booking day holiday home), departure on departure day until
11.00 am (following day of last booking day). The spa area (without holiday home) is bookable if available on weekdays (Mo.-Fr.)
between 9.00 am and10.00 pm, on weekends (Sa., Su., public holidays) between 10.00 am and 10.00 pm.

How do I book?
You let us know that you accept our quotation and want to book bindingly. We will create an invoice for you with all details.
As soon as we can register the cash receipt on our account your booking is fixed and VILLA WICKENBERG is reserved for you
in the booked scope.
Please absolutely note for details our terms and conditions too (AGB), which you accept by booking and transfering the invoice
amount.
